Pelvic floor treatment and education is available via the “Adore Your Floor” course or 1:1 Functional Pelvic Floor Pilates Personal Training.
Each exercise treatment plan is supported by clinical, evidence based research and has a referral system to Women’s Health Physiotherapists.

Holistic Pilates classes for all levels.
Visualisation is used to guide you through each exercise, flowing with your breath and using mindfulness techniques to meditate and relax.
Each exercise is tailored to individual needs, with adaptations provided such as bands and blocks to help completely support you. Progressions are also provided to help you to develop and achieve new levels of strength, flexibility and mobility.
