Holistic Pilates classes for all levels.
Visualisation is used to guide you through each exercise, flowing with your breath and using mindfulness techniques to meditate and relax.
Each exercise is tailored to individual needs, with adaptations provided such as bands and blocks to help completely support you. Progressions are also provided to help you to develop and achieve new levels of strength, flexibility and mobility.
Each class covers a full body workout including pelvic floor exercises, to help rehabilitate and support your body for everyday life.
Professional treatment, emotional support and physiotherapist referral available for issues affecting pelvic health. Specialist pelvic floor treatment and education is available via the “Adore Your Floor” prescribed course or 1 to 1 sessions. The treatment plan is recognised by the NHS, evidence based and has a referral system to the local Women’s Health Physiotherapy department. Ongoing confidential support is provided throughout the course.
Workplace seminars and workshops are available for either Pilates and/or pelvic floor health, helping to raise awareness and improve wellbeing. These are tailored to individual needs specific to the workplace.
