Gentle stretching focusing on breath work and mindfulness while still engaging core muscles and experiencing a full body workout. (1 hour.)
Flow through Pilates moves to experience a body conditioning workout that is fun and challenging. (1 hour.)
Specialised Pelvic floor advice and support
4 lessons over a 4 week period focusing on working pelvic floor muscles to improve incontinence issues. Ongoing support for 12 weeks with a functional home programme and manual. Price on enquiry.
