Specialised Pelvic floor rehabilitation, advice and support
A four week face to face course, learning step by step how the pelvic floor functions.
Learn how to train and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles to improve incontinence issues and reverse pelvic floor dysfunction.
Ongoing support is provided for a further 8 weeks with a functional home exercise programme and workbook manual.
Physiotherapy referral is available if required.
